PHIL 3370 - Philosophy of Biology

An introduction to Philosophy of Biology.  The course is broken up into three basic units:
  1. Systematics & Tree Thinking;
  2. Creationism, Intelligent Design(ism), Darwinism & Evolutionary Theory;
  3. Normative & Ethical Implications of Evolutionary Thinking

The philosophy of biology cafe is an online bulletin board.  In addition to using it as a teaching resource, users may also post conference announcements, call for papers, and other general discussions about philosophy of biology.  Please feel free to register and join in the discussion.
